Thank you for coming to this site to find out about my campaign. I had filed a campaign treasurers appointment form and had planned to file an application to be a candidate for 2008 Pflugerville ISD School Board. In fact, I had the application notarized on Feb. 21.

However, I am currently a co-chair of the Green Party of Texas and the party is going for ballot access this year. This is a major undertaking as Texas is widely considered to be the second or third hardest state to obtain ballot access. My responsibilities in coordinating the ballot access drive will be critical to its success and unfortunately, they do not leave me with the necessary time required to run my School Board campaign.

Like my involvement with local politics, the Pflugerville Area Youth Soccer League Board, and numerous other community activities, my campaign was focused on volunteering for community service. While my heart was with PISD and in working for you, I can not continue to run for School Board and satisfy my co-chair responsibilities.

I am thankful for the opportunity to meet with the community on the campaign trail and greatly appreciate those of you who supported my campaign.
